TERMS OF BUSINESS

1) The responsibility for implementation of professional advice given
by Safety UK to the client shall rest solely with the client.
2) All work undertaken by Safety UK on behalf of the client will be covered
by Professional Indemnity Insurance with a limit of £250,000 per claim.
3) Safety UK and our employees accept no responsibility for loss, damage or delay
arising from any cause whatsoever.
4) Any quotation is subject to acceptance within thirty days from the date thereof.
5) Quotations only cover the work specified therein and all additions, alterations,
waiting time and any additional costs due to modified instructions will be charged
to the Client at ruling prices.
6) Unless otherwise specified, our Terms of Payment for work done are 28 days from
the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding invoices.
7) All documentation and other items provided by Safety UK shall remain their property
until payment has been received.
8) In any dispute arising, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Arbitrators shall be
appointed and his decision shall be taken as binding on the parties concerned.
9) Our professional conduct shall be in accordance with the requirements of the
International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
10) Subject to express agreement to the contrary, all orders, written or verbal,
are accepted on the understanding that the foregoing Terms of Business shall apply
to each and every transaction and to all aspects thereof.
