IAG Policy

It is our intention to provide relevant information to our clients to enable them to make an informed decision. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to enable clients to contact us whenever. This can be via the phone, email, post or fax.

Where Safety UK (SW) Limited is unable to provide you with the necessary information we will provide you with the advice and guidance as to who will be able to offer such information. We will signpost you to providers that specialise in the particular field of expertise that you seek assistance. Efforts shall be made to ensure that they hold the relevant qualifications in the field of expertise that you require.

All members of our team shall have the necessary experience in health and safety and the relevant qualifications to support your needs. Where required fellow members of Safety UK will assist, ensuring that you have the information, advice and guidance that you need.

We endeavor to establish links with other providers to ensure that you are provided with up to date information. Your information will not be passed onto other providers unless your permission is given. We believe that you remain our client at all times and will provide support during your work with the specialist, ensuring that you are provided with the necessary information and advice.

Our services are based in the South West of the UK so we have an understanding on how access to information can be restricted. We also understand that transport links in the South West can be limited; with this in mind wherever possible we shall arrange to meet at your place of work or home. This is an essential element of our service to you as it will provide us with a further understanding on how your business functions; allowing us to provide a bespoke service.

When providing IAG we take into consideration your current work and businesses practices but also recognise that business does expand. Our advice will provide you with basic legal requirements, your client requirements and current and future best practice where appropriate.

All of our consultancy staff are trained in health and safety and aim to provide a friendly, efficient service. We shall send you an IAG questionnaire following the completion of our work and this shall be used to ensure that our IAG Policy remains purposeful and allows us to grow with you in providing solutions to your health and safety matters.
